Building restoration that respects its age.
Facades, walls, and masonry on the structures a community is built around — schools, churches, banks, armories, and courthouses. We bring the stonework back without scrubbing away the history written into it.
Old buildings don't need replacing. They need reading.
Most stone damage isn't what it looks like from the sidewalk. A stain might be surface grime, or it might be water finding its way through a failed joint. A crack might be cosmetic, or it might be the building telling you something. Before we touch a facade, we figure out which.
Then we do the unglamorous, exacting work: rebuilding joints, replacing spalled stone with matched material, repointing with the right mortar, and cleaning at a strength the stone can actually take. The goal is never to make a century-old building look new. It's to make it sound, and let it keep looking its age — proudly.
A full masonry restoration under one crew.
Structural stone repair
Cracked, shifted, or failing stone stabilized and rebuilt so the wall carries its load the way it was meant to.
Repointing & mortar
Old, eroded joints raked out and repacked with mortar matched to the original — not a harder modern mix that cracks the stone.
Facade cleaning
Pollution, biological growth, and decades of grime removed with the gentlest effective method for the material.
Stone wall rebuilding
Retaining walls, perimeter walls, and stone features taken down and rebuilt where repair alone won't hold.
Brick & block work
Masonry repair and replacement that ties cleanly into existing stonework, matched in color and coursing.
Historic preservation
Sensitive work on landmark and historic structures, done to standards that keep the building's character intact.

Building restoration, answered.
Will cleaning damage old stone?
It can, if it's done wrong — high-pressure blasting and harsh chemicals do real harm to soft historic stone. We match the method to the material and always start at the gentlest effective approach. The aim is a clean surface, not a stripped one.
Do you handle historic and landmark buildings?
Yes. A large part of our work is on historic structures, and our JAHN-certified methods are designed for exactly this — keeping a building's character and original material intact while making it sound.
How do I know if it's structural or just cosmetic?
That's the first thing we figure out on site, and it's why the assessment matters. Some cracks and stains are surface-level; others are a sign of water or movement behind the stone. We'll tell you which you're looking at before any work is quoted.
Is there a minimum project size?
No. We take on single failing walls and full-building facade programs alike. If it's stone and it needs help, it's worth a conversation.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. We come out, look at the work in person, and give you an honest estimate at no charge.
